5.1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Comprehensive Supply Of High -Mannary Natural Gas (Group E) Including Gas Sales And Distribution To The Facility - Przedztowejowa No. 1 Adama Mickiewicza In Połczyn-Zdrój, Ul. Grunwaldzka 34, 78-320 Połczyn-Zdrój, (With A Pressure Not Less Than 1.6 Kpa) In The Period From 01.10.2025 To 30.09.2030 5.2. The Delivery Of Natural Gas Should Be Carried Out In Accordance With Applicable Law, In Particular Under The Conditions Specified By The Act Of 10 April 1997 Energy Law, I.E. Of March 31, 2021 (Journal Of Laws Of 2021, Item 716) And Executive Ordinances To This Act. 5.3. For The Purposes Of This Procedure, The Employer Adopted The Anticipated Natural Gas Consumption Over A Period Of 12 Months At The Level Of 500,000 Kwh, According To The Tariff In - 5 And Ordered Power Of 80 Kwh/H. 5.4. The Indicated Consumption Of Gas Fuel Is Only Indicative, Used To Compare Offers And, In No Case, Provides An Obligation On The Part Of The Contracting Authority To Buy Natural Gas In The Given Amount. A Possible Change In Estimated Consumption Will Not Result In Additional Costs For The Employer, Except For The Settlement For The Actually Used Gas Fuel. 5.5. The Settlement Of Obligations Resulting From The Sale Of Natural Gas Will Take Place According To The Indications Of Measuring Systems. 5.6. The Contracting Authority Is Connected To The Distribution Network Belonging To The Polish Company Gazownictwa Sp.Z O.O. Which Is The Reserve Sales Point For - Primary School No. 1 Adama Mickiewicza In Połczyn-Zdrój, Ul. Grunwaldzka 34, 78-320 Połczyn-Zdrój. 5.7. The Supplied Gas Fuel Must Meet Technical Standards In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Energy Law, Executive Acts And Polish Standards. 5.8. The Rates Of Distribution Fees Must Comply With The Current Osd Tariff And May Change During The Order If The Tariff Is Changed. 5.9. The Contractor, When Submitting An Offer, Must Have A Concluded Agreement For The Provision Of Natural Gas Distribution Services With The Distribution System Operator Operating At The Employer, At The Latest On The Date Of Signing The Contract With The Employer. 5.10. The Contracting Authority Is Qualified To The W-5.15.12 Tariff Group. The Contractor Undertakes To Provide The Employer With The Employer Service Quality Standards In The Scope Of Providing Distribution Services: 5.12.1 Free Information On Settlements As Well As Current Tariffs And Changes In Legal Provisions, 5.12.2 Notification Of The Employer On The Dates And Time Of Planned Breaks Of Natural Gas Supply, Provided That Information Is Obtained From Osd.5.13. A Monthly Accounting Period Is Set. 5.14. Settlement Of The Amount Of Gas Supplied Will Take Place On The Basis Of Real Indications Of The Measuring System. The Measuring System Is Read At The End
