1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of A Draft General Plan Of The Siewierz Commune (Hereinafter Referred To As Pog), Referred To In Art. 13A Of The Act Of 27 March 2003 On Spatial Planning And Development (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1130, As Amended). 2. The Subject Of The Contract Includes, In Particular: A) Drawing Up An Environmental Impact Forecast For The General Plan Project, B) Drawing Up An Ecophysiographic Study For The Purposes Of The General Plan, C) Developing Spatial Data To The General Plan, In Accordance With Art. 67A Of The Act On Spatial Planning And Development, D) Execution Of The Area Of ​​The Area Of ​​The Areas Of Individual Planning Zones Designated In The General Plan (In Ha, Up To 2 Decimal Places). 3. The Subject Of The Contract Should Be Drawn Up Along With The Necessary Analyzes, In Accordance With The Provisions Of: Exciks (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 2758, As Amended),- The Act Of 3 October 2008 On Providing Information On The Environment And Its Protection, Public Participation In Environmental Protection And Environmental Impact Assessments (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1112, As Amended),- Regulation Of The Minister Of The Environment Of 9 September 2002 On The Study Ecophysiographic (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2002, No. 155 Item 1298),- The Act Of 4 March 2010 On Spatial Information Infrastructure (Vol. Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 242),- Act Of 27 April 2001 Environmental Protection Law (Vol. Journal Referring To Spatial Planning And Development, And Taking Into Account The Comments Submitted By The Employer During The Implementation Of The Contract And Current Court Rulings Regarding Spatial Development, As Well As In Accordance With The Principle Of Sustainable Development. 4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Know And Apply All The Provisions Related To The Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, In The Wording In Force During The Period Of The Contract. The Contractor Is Obliged To Track Any Changes To The Abovementioned Regulations And Newly Introduced Regulations And Apply Them On A Regular Basis. The Documentation Should Be In Accordance With The Legal Provisions In Force As At The Date Of Transfer Of The Subject Of The Contract To The Employer. 5. The Detailed Scope Of Work, The Division Of Work On The Communes General Plan Is Determined By The Material And Periodic Schedule Of The Order, Constituting Annex 1 To Swz. 6. Other Obligations Of The Contractor: 1) The Contractor Will Prepare The Final Version Of The Por Project To Submit To The City Council In Siewierz, In Order To Adopt And Present And Discuss The Projects Of These Documents At Committees And Sessions Of The City Council.
