    1) The Subject Of The Contract Is The Sale Along With The Delivery Of An Inertial Navigation System (Ins) Intended For Work On Floating Units To Register Hydrographic Data For The Purposes Of Hydrographic Laboratories Of The Maritime University Of Technology In Szczecin.2) The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Annex 1A To Swz. All Requirements Specified In The Documents Indicated Above Constitute Minimum Requirements, And Their Fulfillment Is Obligatory. Failure To Meet The Above The Minimum Requirements Will Result In The Rejection Of The Offer As Incompatible With The Terms Of The Contract Pursuant To Art. 226 Para. 1 Point 5 Of The Pzp.3 Act) Nomenclature According To Cpv: 38112100-4 Global Navigation And Positioning Systems (Gps Or Equivalent) 4) Provided By The Contracting Authority Of Any Names (Trademarks), Are Sample, And Their Indication Is Intended To Determine The Expected Standard, While The Contracting Authority Allows The Submission Of Equivalent Offers In The Scope Of The Description Of The Subject Orders. 6) In The Event That The Employer Refers In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract To Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Equivalent To The Described Solutions Are Allowed. On The Subject Of The Contract, As Well As The Packaging, There Must Be A Trademark And Determination Of Origin (Manufacturer) .8) The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow The Possibility Of Submitting Partial Offers.
