    Work Detail

    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Equipment For The Task Adaptation Of The Gym For The Needs Of The Medical Care Workshop Together With The Renovation Of Adjacent Rooms And The Retrofitting Of Subject Studios At The Medical And Social Center For Vocational And Continuing Education In Jasło Co-Financed By The European Regional Development Fund Under The Regional Program. European Funds For Podkarpacie 2021-2027 05.01. Education. . 2. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver And Install The Subject Of The Contract Directly To The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party And, If Necessary, Train Staff From The Service Of Delivered Equipment. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 4 To Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract). Art. 101 Para. Orders Or Part Thereof - It Should Be Assumed That The Contracting Authority, Due To The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract, Gave Such A Description With An Indication Of The Type And Allows The Submission Of Balances In Terms Of Functional And With Technical And Utility Parameters Not Worse Than Those Given In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Contracting Authority, Lies With The Contractor In This Case. The Contracting Authority Will Recognize The Products Offered By The Contractor That Have Technically Equivalent To The Construction And Equipment, As Well As Such Functional Possibilities And Technical Parameters, As The Products Contained In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract With The Given Reference Parameters. Treat This As Sample Solutions And You Can Use Equivalent Solutions On The Above -Mentioned Conditions.
