1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Provision Of Catering Services For The Needs Of Events Organized At Zakopane By The Academy Of Justice (Aws) Based On All -Day Food In The Form Of Breakfast, Lunch (Soup, Second Course), Dinner. Relization Of The Subject Of The Contract Will Consist In The Provision Of Services Consisting In The Preparation Of Meals And Their Delivery In One -Use Containers, During Events Organized In Real Estate Rooms. At Ul. Ogrodowa 6 In Zakopane, From Monday To Friday. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Employer Will Order A Catering Service During The Schedule Of Events (Conventions) From Breakfast On Monday To Dinner On Friday. Information About The Number Of People Will Be Provided With The Contractor At Least 3 Days Before The Start (Event) Of The Congress (Until Friday Before The Beginning). In The Case, When Information About The Absence Of The Person Participating In The Event Reaches The Ordering Party On The First Day Of The Event, He Reserves The Right To Reduce The Number Of Participants From The Second Day Of The Event (Exit). The Settlement Will Be Made For The Service After The Event (Exit) Will Be Completed. The Contractor, When Calculating The Price Of All -Day Meals, Is Obliged To Apply The Rates And The Rules Contained In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Justice Of February 20, 2023 On The Rights Of The Prison Service Officers For Food During The Service (Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 418). Nutritional: 1) Breakfast - Approx. 25% Of The Budget Rate Of The Standard F; 2) Lunch - Approx. 50% Of The Budget Rate Of The Standard F; 3) Dinner - Approx. 25% Of The Budget Rate Of The F Standard. On The Basis Of The Abovementioned Regulation The Amount Of The Budget Rate Of The F Standard (The Rate From Behind All -Day Food) Is Pln 36.30 In 2025. The Budget Rate Of The F Standard Is The Gross Value. In Connection With The Above, The Gross Price Of Individual Meals Is: 1) Breakfast - Pln 9.10; 2) Lunch - Pln 18.10; 3) Dinner - Pln 9.10. The Value Of Individual Meals May Be Increased By A Margin By A Maximum Of 50 % By The Budget Rate Of The Standard ,, F .
