Tenders Are Invited For Service Of The Transport Of Students Of The Technical Secondary School Of Forestry In Białowieża As Part Of Practical Vocational Training In The 2025/2026 School Year

The Service Of Transporting Students From The Technical Secondary School Of Forestry In Białowieża As Part Of Practical Vocational Training In The 2025/20261 School Year. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Transport Of Students Of The Technical Secondary School Of Forestry In Białowieża (Ul. Park Dyrekcyjna 1A, 17-230 Białowieża) As Part Of Practical Vocational Training In The 2025/2026.2 School Year. The Service Will Be Carried Out By Contractor Buses. 3. The Carrier Should Have At Least 2 Vehicles For The Transport Of Passenger, Including 1 Vehicle Intended For Transporting A Minimum Of 30 People And 1 Vehicle Intended For Transporting A Minimum Of 50 People. 4. Transport Services Will Be Provided By Buses Adapted To Transport Children And Adolescents, Meeting All Safety Requirements, Hygiene And Road Code, By Persons With Appropriate Rights To Provide These Services. 5. The Contracting Authority Requires That The Contractor To Have Valid Insurance Contracts For The Entire Implementation Of The Contract And Valid Technical Examinations Of The Vehicle. In A Situation Where, During The Contract, The Insurance Contract Expires, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Conclude A New Insurance Contract At Such A Time Limit To Ensure The Continuity Of The Performance Of The Contract. The Value And Material Scope Of The Insurance Contract Must Comply With The Legal Provisions In Force In This Respect. 6. The Bus Traffic Card Is Always Signed By The Apprenticeship From The Technical Secondary School Of Forestry In Białowieża. 7. The Students Transport Schedule In Individual Calendar Months Is Annex 2 To The Contract. 8. A Detailed Description Of The Daytime Route Will Be Delivered By The Contractor By The Supervisor Of Students On Behalf Of The Forest Technical School On Behalf Of The Trip On The Day Of Departure. 9. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Change The Route Or Cancel The Course During A Month For Reasons Beyond The Control Of It Under The Terms Set Out In The Contract. 10. The Contracting Authority May Order In Consultation With The Contractor, And The Contractor Perform An Additional Course For The Transport Of Students Not Included In The Schedule. 11. In The Event Of A Technical Failure Of The Vehicle, The Contractor Is Obliged To Immediately (Not Longer Than 60 Min.) To Ensure A Substitute Means At His Own Expense.
