    1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery Of The Wrestling Mat With The Assembly And Modernization Of The Wrestlifter Cover. 2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 4 To Swz.3. The Contracting Authority Does Not Allow Entrusting The Performance Of Part Of The Subcontractors Order. 4. The Employer Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers. 5. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fulfill The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Relevant Provisions Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 5 To Swz.6. Pursuant To Art. 310 Of The Act, The Employer May Annul The Contract For Awarding, If The Public Funds That The Employer Intended To Allocate To Finance The Contract, Were Not Granted To Him. 7. The Contracting Authority Reserves That The Total Value Of The Contract May Not Exceed The Financial Resources. 8. The Contractor Will Provide The Subject Of The Contract And Will Unload And Assemble The Wrestling Mat As Well As Modernization Of The Wrestling Cover In The Room Indicated By The Contracting Authority. 9. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Delivered, Discharged And Modernized At The Headquarters Of The Ordering Party At The Contractors Expense. 10. The Deadline For Execution Of The Contract: Until October 31, 2025 - The Employer Allows Assembly On Saturday. 11. Place Of Order: Police Training Center In Legionowo, Ul. Zegrzyńska 121, 05-119 Legionowo.
