The Subject Of The Order Delivery Together With The Factory Assembly Of A New Automatic Packer For Drinking Water As Part Of The Task Entitled: The Retrofitting Of The Ropczyce Commune To The Equipment Necessary For The Protection Of The Population And The Functioning Of Civil Defense Is The Delivery Of A Brand New Packer To Drinking Water Free Of Physical And Legal Defects, Covered By The Manufacturers Warranty With The Manufacturers Warranty And Assembly At The Indicated Place Indicated By The Buyer Indicated By The Buyer I.E. The Seat Of Przedsiębiorstwo Usług Komunalnych In Ropczyce, Ul. Przemysława 12, 39-100 Ropczyce. The Task Is Implemented Based On A Targeted Subsidy For The Implementation Of Own/Commissioned Tasks Under The Civil Protection And Civil Defense Program For 2025-2026.2. The Contractor Together With The Automatic Drinking Watercourse Is Required To Provide Documents In Polish Regarding The Device, I.E. Device Manual (Dtr), Pzh Certificate Of Contact With Drinking Water, Pzh Certificate Pzh Film For Contact With Drinking Water, Warranty Card. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including The Technical Description, Included In Annex 2 To Swz.4. The Contractor Is Obliged To Fill Out - Factory Specification Of The New Packer For Drinking Water - Point 2 Of The Offer Form Constituting Annex 1 To Swz. Selecting The No Or/Or Incomplete Completed Column Contractor Declaration May Cause The Contractors Call To Explain Or Reject The Contractors Offer. 5. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Uses Markings Or Parameters Indicating A Specific Manufacturer, A Specific Product, Trademarks, Patents Or Origin Were Indicated, The Contracting Authority Allows The Use Of Equivalent Solutions, By Which Products Should Be Understood By Products With Parameters Not Worse Than Presented In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Meet At Least In The Same Scope Of The Contracting Authority. 6. If The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Refer To Standards, European Technical Assessments, Approval, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Para. 1 Point 2 And Para. 3 Of The Pzp Act, The Contracting Authority Allows The Application Of Equivalent Solutions. 7. The Contractor Citing Equivalent Solutions Described By The Contracting Authority Is Obliged To Show In The Offer That The Products He Offers Meet The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 8. Required Warranty Period For A Complete Automatic Drinking Watercraper Min. 24 Months Calculated From The Date Of The Final Reception Of The Subject Of The Contract. 9. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Principles And Conditions Described In The Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex 3 To Swz.
