Computer Back-Up Services - Migration And Hosting Virtual Servers And Data Protection Solutions And Backup In Cloud. The Agency For Hydrocarbons (Hereinafter: The Contracting Authority) Implements The Procurement Procedure With The Aim Of Concluding A Contract For A Period Of 4 (Four) Years With One Economic Entity For Migration And Hosting Services Services And For The Data Protection And Drafting Solution In Cloud. The Bidder Must Provide Server Resources And Storage Space In Data Centers. The Bidder Must Provide A Dedicated L2 Vpn Connection And A Safe Approach To Resources Through A Fiberment Infrastructure Between The Primary Location Of The Client And The Data Center Of The Bidder Using His Own Optical Or Hired Optical Connection From An Authorized Telecommunication Service Provider With The Aim Of Achieving A Safe Communication For Exchange For Data Exchange. The Bidder Must Provide A Data Optical Connection Between Two Data Centers In Which He Will Provide A Service In Question Using His Own Optical Or Rent Optical Connection From An Authorized Telecom Services Provider. The Bidder Must Provide The Internet Access At A Secondary Location As An Alternative Approach To Virtual Servers In Case The Primary Location Is Not Available For The Client. The Bidder Must Ensure The Management Of The Service Without The Need For His Own Intervention When Using The Service By The Contracting Authority So That The Contracting Authority Can Independently Manage The Contracted Infrastructure (Self-Service).
