Technical Specifications Item 1: Gazebo Folding tents Dim: 3x3 Color: beige and Qty: 30 Delivery date: 19 September 2025 Item 2: Recto folding table Dim: 2*74*74 Color: white Qty: 60 Delivery date: 19 September 2025 Item 3: Folding chair Dim: 45*46*88 Color: white Qty: 60 Delivery date: 19 September 2025 4- Requirements & conditions The supplier shall provide FTL with a quotation that would include, whenever applicable: o a picture of each item. o A detailed description of the item. o The warranty terms in the quotation. o The certificate of origin. o Delivery terms. The supplier shall send a sample of the requested items prior to final confirmation, when applicable. The supplier shall deliver and install all or some of the items in Achrafieh. The provider shall also ensure the availability of workers/helpers to assist with loading and unloading as needed. 5- Company Qualification The company must have the following valid legal documents: Commercial Circular Fiscal Certificate of Incorporation at the Ministry of Finance VAT Certificate of Registration if applicable ID of companys authorized representative(s) 6- Evaluation The quotations evaluation process will consider following with assigned weights: Financial ......................................... 50% Technical ........................................ 50% 7- Payment Terms Payments will be made through bank cheques Payment will be made 20 business days from the last delivery and submission of final invoice.
