Snow-Clearing Services-Current Winter Maintenance For County Roads From Ilfov-Baza County Administration 1: The Ilfov County Road Maintenance Program During The Unfavorable Time Specific To Winters 2025-2029 And Plombing With Storage Mixture For The Base I- Dj181, Dj101, Dj101a, Dj101b, Dj101c, Dj110h, Dj110j, Dj200b, Dj101n, Dj111, Dj179, Dj602a, Dj100, Dj101j, Dc184, Dj101d. The Services That Will Be Provided During The Period Of The Framework Agreement Are Described At The Level Of The Specifications. In Order To Carry Out The Current Maintenance Services In Winter, Within The Subsequent Framework Agreement/Contract The Following Will Be Executed: 1) Mounting/Dismantling Panels/Panels; 2) Mechanical Snow Removal Consisting Of: • Mechanical Spread Of Non -Slip Materials Or Chemicals In Order To Prevent Or Combat Pole, Ice Or Snow; • Patrol With Equipment For Information On The Status Of National Roads, County Roads Or For Preventing Snow During Quiet Snow Or Moderate Viscole (Wind Speed Below 30 Km/H) (Hours); • Mechanical Snow Removal With Specific Machines; 3) Information On The Status Of Roads (As The Case May Be); 4) Pambari With Storage Mixture. The Estimates Of The Minimum And Maximum Quantities That Could Be Requested During The Entire Framework Agreement And Those That Could Be The Subject Of A Single Subsequent Contract Among Those To Be Awarded During The Framework Agreement Are Found Within The Award Documentation. The Modification Of The Framework Agreement/Public Procurement Contracts, During Its Validity Period, Can Be Carried Out Under The Provisions Of Art. 221 Of Law No. 98/2016 And Of The Provisions Within The Anap Instructions. During The Validity Period Of The Framework Agreement The Promising Abolition Reserves The Right/Option To Supplement The Quantity Of Products/Services Estimated At The Level Of The Award Documentation With Up To 50% Of The Maximum Estimated Quantity For The Framework Agreement. The Price Of Services/Products/Works That Can Be Purchased Additionally On The Basis Of This Review Clause Is The One From The Financial Proposal Underlying The Framework Agreement (Adjusted, As The Case May Be, According To The Adjustment Formula).
