    The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is The Delivery Of Food Products For The Childrens And Social Establishments On The Territory Of Dimitrovgrad Municipality. The Subject Of The Public Procurement Is Divided Into 2 Lots As Follows: Lot # 1: Delivery Of Foodstuffs For Kindergartens On The Territory Of Dimitrovgrad Municipality; Lot 2: Delivery Of Food Products For Social Establishments On The Territory Of Dimitrovgrad Municipality A Brief Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Supplied Foods Must Meet The Requirements Of The Food Act, The Veterinary Medical Activity Act, Ordinance No. 16 Of May 28, 2010 On The Requirements For Quality And Control For Compliance Of Fresh Fruits And Vegetables, Sg No. 43 Of 8.06.2010, And Ordinance No. 2 Of 20.01.2021, On The Specific Requirements For The Safety And Quality Of Food Offered In Kindergartens, School Chairs And Retail Outlets On The Territory Of Schools And At The Food. Ordinance No. 6 Of August 10, 2011 On Healthy Eating Children Aged 3 To 7 Years In Kindergartens; Ordinance No. 2 Of March 7, 2013 On Healthy Nutrition Of Children Aged 0 To 3 Years In Kindergartens And Childrens Kitchens And Ordinance No. H-1 Of July 23, 2024 On The Environmental Requirements For Certain Products Subject To Public Procurement, According To Annex No. 1 To Article 4. The Delivered Bio Foods Should Be In Accordance With Regulation (Eu) 2018/848 Of The European Parliament And The Council Of May 30, 2018 On The Organic Production And Labeling Of Organic Products And For The Cancellation Of The Council Regulation (Ec) No 834/2007 And With Its Implementation Acts.
