    Work Detail

    Subject Of The Order: Carrying Out A Specialized Bus Transportation Of Students From The Hristo Smirnenski Vocational High School Of Railway Transport, Karlovo During The 2025/2026 School Year Object Of The Contract: Provision Of A Service Within The Meaning Of Art. 3, Para. 1, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement Act. The Provisions Of The Public Procurement Act And The Regulations For The Implementation Of The Public Procurement Act, As Well As The Applicable National Normative Acts, In Accordance With The Subject Of The Contract, Shall Apply To The Contracts Unregulated In These Instructions. According To Order No. Rd09-1185/20.05.2025, The Minister Of Education And Science Is Determined By The Maximum Amount Of The Means To Compensate For A Kilometer From The Total Mileage For Specialized Transport. Considering This Circumstance, The Contracting Authority Defines As The Maximum Allowable Amount Of The Unit Price, Offered By The Participants, Within The Current Public Procurement, As Follows: For A Vehicle Up To 22 Seats Without The Drivers Place - Bgn 1.41/Km Without Vat, Respectively Bgn 1.69/Km With Vat. For A Vehicle Over 22 Seats Without The Drivers Seat - Bgn 2,11/Km Without Vat, Respectively Bgn 2.53/Km With Vat.
