The Subject Of This Public Procurement Is The Preparation Of An Investment Project For The Restoration Of The Operational Fitness Of The Heating And Air -Conditioning Systems Servicing The Administrative Building Of The Tp Of The Nssi - Targovishte, Located At: Targovishte, St. Cyril And Methodius Str. The Hvac Systems Are The Object Of Design: Central Air -Conditioning System (Ccs) With A Water Heat Pomp Watercool (Chiller) And Central Heating System (Ccs) With Condensing Gas Boiler. It Is Envisaged To Replace The Main Units And Facilities, As Well As The Restoration Of Part Of The Distribution Pipe Network. The Following Activities Are Included In The Scope Of The Order: Development Of An Investment Project In The Technical Project Phase In Scope And Content, In Accordance With The Requirements Of Ordinance No. 4 Of May 21, 2001 On The Scope And Content Of The Investment Projects, In Accordance With The Technical Specifications Of The Contracting Authority And The Documentation For Participation; Exercise Of Copyright Supervision During Construction.
