The Purpose Of The Present Award Is To Be Selected A Contractor - A Builder Within The Meaning Of The Spatial Planning Act (Zut), With Whose Participation The Implementation Of An Infrastructure Project: «Reconstruction Of An Existing Street Water Network In The Village Of Yakhinovo, Dupnitsa Municipality. The Design Solution For The Street Water Supply Network Envisages The Replacement Of Existing Sections Of The Water Supply Network Of The Village Of Yakhinovo, As The Construction Works Will Be Carried Out Within The Route And Until The Depth Of The Existing One. It Is Expected That The Reverse Breathe Around And Above The Existing Water Supply Network, As It Is Mainly Built On The Street Network, Being Made By Ballast, Fraction Of Crushed Stone Or Sealed Earth Mass. A Water Supply Rate Of 79 L/Gd, Determined On The Basis Of A Report From The Water Supply And Sewerage Operator For The Submitted And Collected Water For The Last 4 Years, Has Been Accepted For The Settlement. The Depth Of Laying Of The New Water Pipelines Is Determined By Taking Into Account The Route, The Areas And Areas Through Which The Sand Pad Passes And 10 Cm. For Venting, Emptying And/Or Flushing And Disinfection Of Water Pipes, It Is Envisaged To Use The Shafts With Airborne And Empty Shafts. The Minimum Recommended Depth Of Application Is 1.50 In The Street Network Of The Urbanized Territory. It Is Envisaged That The Pe100rc Polyethylene Pipe Is Compact Due To Its Extremely High Resistance To Highly Concentrated Load And Slow Expansion Of Cracks. When Installing The Pipelines, High Density Polyethylene Fittings (Pe-Hd) Is Envisaged. When Replacing The Relevant Plumbing Section, All Building Deviations To This Section Should Also Be Replaced. The Site Is The Second Category Within The Meaning Of Article 137, Para. 1, Item 2, Letter B Of The Law On Spatial Planning And Art. 4, Para. 2, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 1 Of 30.07.2003 Of The Mrdpw On The Nomenclature Of The Types Of Construction. According To Art. 6, Para. 2 Of Ordinance No. 2 Of 22.03.2005 On The Design, Construction And Operation Of Water Supply Systems The Operational Period Is For A Period Of 50. All Specific Construction Activities And Quantities Are Described In Detail In The Attached Quantitative Account, Part Of A Form Of Price Proposal Determined Under The Conditions And Instructions Given By The Approved Investment Project. The Conditions Under Which The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Realized, As Well As The Rights And Obligations Of The Contracting Authority And The Contractor, Are In Accordance With The Attached Draft Contract.
