    Road Transport Services - Bringing Disabled Students To Educational Institutions. The Subject Of The Contract Is A Transport Service Consisting In Transporting The Shortest Route Of Disabled Students Living In The Tczew Commune To/From Educational Institutions. The Period Of Implementation Of The Transport Includes: 1) Basic Scope: From The Date Of Signing The Contract, But Not Earlier Than From January 1, 2026, No Longer Than Until June 30, 2027. Estimated Number Of Days On Which Transport Will Be Carried Out: Approx. 303 Days (The Minimum Order Size Is 85% Of This Amount, I.E. 258 Days). 2) Optional Scope: In A Maximum Period Of 12 Months From The End Of The Basic Scope, No Longer Than Until June 30, 2028. The Contracting Authority Pursuant To Art. 441 Para. 1 Of The Pzp Act Specifies The Type, Maximum Value And Circumstances Of Using The Option: The Employer Reserves The Right To Extend The Order With An Optional Scope, With A Value Not Exceeding The Offered Price Of The Optional Range In The Most Advantageous Offer, Covering A Maximum Of 12 Months From The End Of The Basic Scope. The Scope Covered By The Option Includes The Provision Of Delivery Services On Conditions Identical To The Basic Order, In Particular The Extension Of The Implementation Period. The Option Will Be Used On The Basis Of A Written Unilateral Statement Of The Ordering Party, The Submitted Contractor At The Latest At 30 Calendar Days Before The Planned Start Of Providing Services Covered By The Option. The Value Of The Order Includes The Full Scope, I.E. Basic Order And Option. The Estimated Number Of Days On Which The Optional Transport Will Be Carried Out: Maximum Approx. 193 Days (The Minimum Order Size Is 85% Of This Amount, I.E. 164 Days). Failure To Launch The Optional Scope By The Ordering Party Does Not Give Birth To Claims On The Contractors Side. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Was Included In Chapter Iv Of The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract.
