Bids Are Invited For Custodial Services

The Purpose Of This Rfp Is To Obtain Proposals From Qualified Contractors For The Provision Of Professional Custodial Services For The Tlc Recreation Facility As Further Described In This Rfp. Tlc Facility Floor Plans Are Included In Appendix E Of This Rfp And Generally Consist Of The Following Spaces: • Two Hockey Arenas • Two Indoor Field Houses • Aquatics Centre • Fitness Centre • Running Track • Child Play/Child Mind Area • Gymnasium • Washrooms, Change Rooms, Dressing Rooms, Locker Rooms • Entrances/Exits, Corridors, Stairwells, & Concourses • Administrative Offices • Other Items Required The Contractor Shall Ensure Custodial Services Align With The Tlc’S Goals To: • Provide An Attractive, Safe, And Clean Environment For The Diverse Users Of The Facility. • Provide A Reliable And High-Quality Level Of Service To The Facility. The Contractor Shall Commence Cleaning Services For All Areas January 1, 2026. A Mandatory Site Visit Will Be Held On Wednesday, September 10, 2025 At 10:30 A.M. At The Transalta Tri Leisure Centre. Proponents Interested In Submitting A Proposal In Response To This Rfp Must Attend This Site Visit. All Proponent Are Requested To Rsvp By Emailing The Tlc Contact No Later Than September 8, 2025.
