The Need For Such Contracting Originates In The Situation Of Inaccessibility To Drinking Water Due To The Poor State Of The Ssr Rural Sanitary Service Sector Cañitas Río Frio. Since The First Week Of July Of This Year, The Well Has Presented An Important Decrease Presumably Due To The Envelope Of Its Requirement Due To The Breaks That Were Generated With The Low Temperatures That Affected The Countrys Central Area And It Is Not Able To Solve The Demand For Water From The Service Failing To Fill The Regulation Pond.
