It Is Envisaged That The Reconstruction And Rehabilitation Of A Section From Second Zadgarova Street From The Portal Of The Former Winery, To The End Of The Maltery Souffle Property In The Industrial Zone Of The City Of Pleven With A Length Of 1116 M. During The Repair, A New Flooring With Crushed Stone And Two Layers Of Asphalt Concrete Will Be Performed; New Concrete Curbs, Garden Borders And Road Stripes. New New Ones Will Be Built: Rainwashing Shafts For Capturing Surface Water And Water Supply F400 Pehd With A Length Of 1062 M In The Trench Excavation; Street Lighting With Led Lighting Of Steel Pillars With A Height Of 7 M. It Is Envisaged To Lay Road Marking And Vertical Signaling. The Following Activities Are Provided For The Site Within The Scope Of The Prepared And Approved Investment Project Under The Water Supply And Sewerage Investment Project: A Street Water Supply Network That Meets The Requirements Of Bds Will Be Built On The Newly Designed Street. The New Water Supply System Will Be Filled In The Trench Excavation All Over The Route, Digging The Old Eternite Pipes. The Existing Sewage Collector - Stb F400-500 On Second Zadgarova Street, Including Sewage Disorders, Are Preserved. For The Removal Of The Surface Rainfall From The Reconstructed Section, It Is Envisaged To Build Rain Shafts To Discharge Into The Existing Sewer. Construction Is A Second Category, According To Art. 137, Para. 1, Item 2, Letter B Of The Spa, According To Art. 4, Para. 2, Item 2 Of Ordinance No. 1 On The Nomenclature Of The Types Of Construction. The Scope Of The Public Procurement Includes: 1/ Execution Of Construction Works And Any Other Accompanying And Related Activities Necessary For The Implementation Of The Construction, In Accordance With The Regulatory Requirements, The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, The Investment Project And The Quantitative Accounts; 2/ Submission Of The Site And Its Acceptance By The Contracting Authority, By Act Form No. 15 Under Ordinance No. 3 Of July 31, 2003 On The Drafting Of Acts And Protocols During Construction; 3/ Elimination Of Defects In Case They Are Established During The Delivery Of The Construction And Its Commissioning; 4/ Warranty Maintenance Of The Construction And Elimination Of Defects Within The Warranty Periods. A Complete And Detailed Description Of The Specific Types Of Works Relevant To The Site In This Award Are Reflected In The Prepared And Approved Complete Technical Documentation - A Technical Investment Project With Attached Explanatory Notes And Quantitative Accounts, Annexes To This Technical Specification. The Implementation Of The Envisaged Basic Types Of Works Should Be Carried Out In Compliance With The Requirements For The Works Under Art. 169, Para. 1 Of The Spatial Planning Act, In Accordance With The Coordinated And Approved Investment Project.
