    The Subject Of The Public Procurement Includes The Periodic Delivery Of Specific Medical Consumables/Products For The Needs Of Umbalsm Ni Pirogov Ead, By Types And Quantities Specified In Annex 1 - The Technical Specification. The Scope Of The Order Includes: »Delivery To The Warehouse Of The Contracting Authority; »Unloading The Quantity Of Products Delivered On A Given Request. The Quantities Listed In The Specification Are Forecast. Each Lot Contains Its Own Nomenclatures. In The Event That A Participant Does Not Offer One Or More Products From The Lot In Which He Participates, He Will Be Removed From The Procedure For The Specific Lot. If A Participant Offers One Or More Products From The Lot In Which He/She Participates, But They Do Not Meet The Requirements Of The Contracting Authority, It Is Assumed That The Complexity Is Not Met And The Participant Will Be Removed From The Procedure For The Specific Position. On The Grounds Of Art. 21, Para. 6 The Public Procurement Law Items No. 3- No. 5 Will Be Assigned By Direct Award, As They Have An Estimated Value Below Bgn 50,000.00 Excluding Vat And Fall Within The Scope Of Art. 20, Para. 4, Item 3 Of The Public Procurement.
