The Subject Of The Order Includes 31 Pcs. (29 Pcs In Work Premises And 2 In Server Room). The Scope Of Post-Warranty Maintenance And Prevention Of Air Conditioners In The Server Halls And The Office-Objectives Of The Rhif-Sofia District Includes The Following Main Activities: Post -Warranty Service Of Air Conditioners Should Include The Following Main Activities: -Settings And Replacement Of Spare Parts And Consumables; -Finding And Repair Of Damage; - Freon Recording; - Installation And Dismantling Of The Indoor And Outdoor Units As Needed; - Testing Of The Technical Service Of Air -Conditioning Systems In Service Conditions. Note: The Readable Air Conditioning Technical Support Activities Are Not Listed. The Service Post -Warranty Service Covers All Air Conditioning Activities Into A Proper Condition. All Operations Related To Service Must Be Carried Out In Accordance With The Manufacturers Standards And Requirements For The Respective Brand Of Equipment. Technical Support / Prevention / Air Conditioners Should Include The Following Basic Actions: -Measurement Of Air Parameters -Temperature And Pressure; -Control Of Refrigerated Circles; -Filter Cleaning; -Power Control; -A Finding Of Air Conditioning Service; -Measurement Of Freon Pressure; - Treatment Of The Indoor Body With A Degreaser And Antibacterial Spray; - Cleaning The Outdoor Unit As Needed. Within The Term Of The Contract, One Prevention Should Be Carried Out Within 7 Working Days From The Date Of The Submitted Request By The Contracting Authority, According To A Schedule Agreed By The Parties. A Second Or Subsequent Prevention Shall Be Carried Out Upon The Required By The Contracting Authority Within 7 Working Days From The Date Of The Submitted Application, According To A Schedule Agreed By The Parties.
