The Inspection Covers Approved Project Proposals On Grant Procedures; 1.3. Determination Of An Entity Category In Accordance With Art. 3 And Art. 4 Of The Law On Small And Medium Enterprises (Lsaa) And Within The Meaning Of The Relevant Applicable Regulation For The Procedures Given. 2. Provision Of Opinions On The Existence/Absence Of Conflict Of Interest Within The Meaning Of The Applicable Financial Regulation. 3. Carrying Out Specialized Legal Services In The Event Of The Authorization Of Legal Cases That Arose In The Process Of Managing And Implementation Of The Human Resources Development Program (2021-2027), Including The Following: Provision Of Written And Oral Consultations And/Or Opinions Of The Ma Of The Prcr On The Current European And National Legislation In The Field Of Financial Management And Control Of The European Structural And Investment Funds, The Practice Of The Court Of Justice Of The European Union, The National Courts; Participation In Holding Meetings And Negotiations With Beneficiaries Under The Prc, As Well As Participation In Negotiations With A View To Out -Of -Court Dispute Resolution.
