The Scope Of Works Includes: 1) Disassembly Of The Existing Roof Covering Along With Sheet Metal Processes, Glowing And Triggers; 2) Dismantling Of The Existing And Assembly Of A New Wooden Roof Truss, Along With The Implementation Of A New Peripheral Wreath And Reinforced Concrete Beams For The Structure Of The Truss; 3) Dismantling And Performing The Construction Of A New Roof Above The Main Entrance To The Building; 4) Dismantling Of Mounted Visors Facade On The Garage, The Main Entrance To The Building, On The Outbuilding; 5) Disassembly And Construction Of A New Roofing Above The Staircase And The Elevator Room; 6) Perform A New Cover With Insulation On All Roofs Of The Building; 7) Disassembly Of The Existing Insulation Of The Walls Of The Gr. 12 Cm, Cleaning The Walls; 8) Making A New Insulation Of Walls Gr. 20 Cm Together With The New Facade Of The Building; 9) Insulation Of The Ceiling Between The Floor And The Attic, The Thermal Insulation Sheathing; 10) Replacement Of The Outer Window And Door Joinery; 11) Performing Thermal And Anti -Idiwilgic Insulation, One And Two -Sided Horizontal Injection Of The Basement Walls; 12) Peripheral Drainage As Well Backfill; 13) Reproduction Of The Area Around The Building In The Field Of Earthworks; 14) To Form The Basement Floors With The Foundation; 15) The Foundation, Layers Of The New Basement Floor, Taking Into Account Moisture And Thermal Insulation; 16) Dismantling Of The Existing Gas Boiler Together With The Accessories; 17) Delivery And Assembly Of The Hybrid System With Gas Boiler.
