As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1) Make Design And Cost Documentation (Technical-Industry Documentation) Together With A Pre-City (Ami) Of Works, Technical Specifications Of Performance And Acceptance Of Works, Necessary For The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Including, Among Others Descriptive Part, Throws, Drawings And Patterns, Etc. Along With Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit Or Reporting Works As Well As All Necessary Permits And Approvals For All Tasks Covered By The Order 2) Perform Construction Works, Based On The Design And Accepted Documentation Of The Project And Scientific Documentation, Referred To In Lit.A) Above And Obtained On A Building Permit Or Notification Of Works (If Concerned) And Obtain A Final Building Permit Or Reporting The Completion Of Works (If Concerned). 3. Details The Scope Of The Subject Of This Contract Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Opz), Consisting Of: Functional And Utility Program. 4. It Is Desirable That Before Submitting The Offer The Contractor Conducts A Local Vision Of The Area Where The Works Covered By The Subject Of This Order Will Be Located. Conducting A Vision Is Not A Condition For Submitting An Offer In These Proceedings. 5. On The Basis Of The Attached Functional And Utility Program Constituting Annex 5 To Swz And A Voluntary Local Vision, The Contractor Will Assess The Existing Technical And Organizational Conditions For The Implementation Of Project Documentation And All Necessary Works Covered By The Scope Of The Order. Existing Coal Boilers, Supplying Central Heating Installations And Hot Water It Should Be Dismantled Along With Unnecessary Installation Equipment And Submitted In A Placed Place With The Ordering Party. The Contracting Authority Will Indicate The Elements Intended For Utilization By The Contractor. Mounting Solutions Should Be Agreed On A Regular Basis With The Employer. The Contractor Also Includes The Implementation Of Temporary And Preparatory Works Necessary To Perform Basic Works, Securing And Maintaining In The Right Order Of The Construction Site And Removal Of The Resulting Waste. 6. It Is Recommended To Make A Local Vision, Which Can Be Useful For Proper Preparation Of The Offer. The Contractor Should Inform And Agree With The Employer (By Phone Or Email) The Intention To Make A Local Vision.
