1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Execution Of Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction Of Internal Road Sections In The Siepraw Commune. 2. Part 1: Reconstruction Ul. Modrzewiowa In Sieprawie 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Divided Into Individual Parts, Includes: - Design Documentation - Annex 5 To Swz, - Technical Specification Of The Execution And Receipt Of Construction Works - Annex 6 To Swz, - Auxiliary Design Of The Works - Annex 7 To Swz, In Accordance With The Principles Of A Flat -Rate Form Of Remuneration, Which Is Covered By This, The Already Moderately Information And Helping Document. 4. The Subject Of The Contract Includes The Performance Of All Temporary And Accompanying Works Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract, Carrying Out Measurements, Tests And Acceptance, All Other Activities And Documents Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Construction Works. The Works Should Be Carried Out And Completed In Accordance With The Law In Force In The Republic Of Poland, In Particular: Construction Law And The Environmental Protection Law And In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party. 5 The Contracting Authority Requires The Contractor To Grant A Minimum Of 60 Months A Quality Guarantee (Identical To The Warranty Period) And A Maximum Of 84 Months For Each Part Of The Order. The Quality Guarantee Period Begins The Run The Next Day After The Date Of Final Acceptance And The Takeover Of All The Work Covered By The Contracting Authority, Which Will Be Confirmed By Signing The Final Acceptance Report Of The Subject Of The Contract. The Warranty Granting Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluation Of Offers. 6. The Terms Of The Contract Are Included In The Planned Provisions Of The Public Procurement Agreement, Which Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of This Contract - The Template Of The Contract, Constituting Annex 1C To Swz For Part 1 And Annex 1D To Swz For Part 2 (Hereinafter Referred To As The Model Of The Contract). 7.
