    The Subject Of The Contract Is The Development Of Complete Project Documentation For The Task Entitled: Making Design Documentation For The Construction Of A Rainwater Sewage System At Targowa Street In Gliwice In Accordance With The Regulation Of The Minister Of Development And Technology Of December 20, 2021 On The Detailed Scope And Form Of Project Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Implementation And Acceptance Of Construction Works And A Functional And Utility Program (Journal Of Laws 2021 Item 2454) And Other The Required Legal Provisions Of The Work Were Included In The Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Constituting Annex 6 To Swz And In The Template Of The Contract Constituting Annex 5 To Swz. The Issuer Requires, For The Purposes Of Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Preparation Of Files In Pdf Format, In Accordance With The Guidelines For The Availability Of Internet Content 2.1 (Wcag 2.1) At The Level Of Aa. Their Description In The Price Form Constituting An Attachment To The Offer Form With The Content Of Annex 1 To Swz. Required Warranty Period: From The Date Of The Final Acceptance Of The Subject Of The Contract, Until The Warranty Expires And Warranty On The Object Made On The Basis Of The Developed Documentation, However, Not Longer Than 5 Years From The Date Of The Protocol Receipt Of The End Of The Contract. 4. Requirements For The Need To Employ Employees Formulates Requirements For The Need To Employ Employees Under An Employment Contract Based On Art. 95 Of The Pzp Act. They Were Specified In Detail In Annex 5 To Swz - The Contract Template.
