1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Construction Of An Observation Deck Mounted Above The Roof On A Steel Structure Based On The Attic Walls Of The Existing Building Together With Accompanying Infrastructure, As Well As Electrical Works. The Detailed Scope Of Works Includes Design Documentation, Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Works, The Number Of Works, Arrangements, And Building Permit. 3. After The Works Is Completed, It Is The Obligation To Prepare A Notification Of The Completion Of Construction Or An Application For A Decision Of The Use Permit (If Applicable) To The Competent Building Supervision Authority Together With The Required Documents. 4. Rules For Performing The Subject Of The Contract, In Particular: 1) Obligations Of The Parties; 2) Participants Of The Investment Process; 3) Deadlines4) Rules For The Performance And Settlement Of Works; 5) Suspension Of Works; 6) Types Of Acceptance And Rules For Their Conduct; 7) Quality Control - Disclosure And Removal Of Defects And Defects; 8) Contractual Penalties; 9) Contractors Remuneration And Payment Principles; 10) Changes; 10) Changes; They Were Specified In Detail In The Relevant Provisions Of The Contract - Annex 8 To Swz.5. The Works Will Be Carried Out In The Parking Lot For Tourists Visiting The Former Kl Auschwitz-Birkenau Camp, Therefore They Cannot Threaten The Safety Of People Using The Parking Lot And The Tourist Service Center Building Where The Observation Deck Will Be Made. 9. The Contractors Duty Will Be To Properly Secure The Construction Site For Which He Incurred Full Responsibility, Including Financial. 10. The Contractor Must Conduct His Work In Such A Way That The Construction Site, The Adjacent Area (If It Uses It) Does Not Be Destroyed, And In Particular Pavements, Asphalt Roads. 11. If The Contractor Will Use Heavy Equipment, All Work And Equipment Setting Must Be Accepted By The Employer, Who Reserves The Right To Determine The Hours Of Work Of This Equipment Due To Ensuring The Continuity Of Using The Parking Lot During The Tour Of The Former Kl Auschwitz-Birkenau Camp. The Contracting Authority Cannot Afford To Close The Parking Lot. 12. Warranty - The Length Of The Warranty Period And Warranty For Completed Construction Works As Well As Delivered And Built -In Materials Is A Minimum Period Of 60 Months, And The Maximum Period Of 72 Months From The Signing Of The Non -Abrupt Final Acceptance Protocol.
