Main Assumptions: The Theater Of The Rybnik Region Is A Free-Standing, Basement Building, With Two Above-Ground Floors And Two Underground Floors, Covered With A Flat Roof. The Interior Of The Building Is Connected By Rooms With Cultural And Educational Purposes As Well As Restaurants. Inside There Are: A Spectacle Room With An Audience For 650 Spectators, Ballet Hall, Wardrobes, Galleries, Studios, Chamber Hall, Office And Technical Rooms. The Building Is Largely Adapted For People With Physical Disabilities. The Building Is Entered In The Register Of Monuments Of The Śląskie Voivodeship Under The Number A/1173/23 Of 21.04.2023. In Connection With The Above, The Project Documentation Should Be Agreed With The Silesian Provincial Conservator Of Monuments And Obtaining A Conservation Permit For Conducting Construction Works At The Monument, Which Will Be Carried Out On The Basis Of Developed Documentation.
