The Above Description Indicates A General Scope Of Works, And The Scope Of Works Necessary Under The Above Task Was Specified In Detail In The Construction And Technical Design Constituting Annex 12 And No. 13 To Swz And In The Specification Of The Technical Performance And Acceptance Of Works (Stwior) Constituting Annex 10 To Swz. 1.2. It Is Recommended To Inspect The Object And Read The Scope Of Works By Submitting The Offer. The Valuation Should Take Into Account All The Costs And Activities Necessary To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Full, In Accordance With The Best Technical Knowledge And The Abovementioned Documentation, Recommended Vision In The Field And From Taking Into Account All Necessary Activities And Expenditure. 1.3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Mode Of Implementation Of The Task And The Principles Of Settlement Of Works Is Specified By Stwior (Annex 10 To Swz), Construction And Technical Design (Annex 12, 13) And The Bill Of Quantities (Annex 11 To Swz), Which Constitute An Integral Part Of Swz. The Bill Of Quantities Should Be Treated As An Auxiliary Document, Which Only Defines The Minimum Scope Of Works And May Be Modified At The Stage Of Creating The Offer For Planned Works Indicated In The Documentation Of The Procedure. 1.4. Detailed Conditions For The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By The Proposed Provisions Of The Contract (Annex 9 To Swz). 1.5. In The Event Of The Need To Perform The Works Not Included In The Abovementioned Documents - They Should Be Included In The Offer Or Paid Attention Before Submitting The Offer.1.6. The Contractors Obligation Is To Perform The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Minimum Requirements Set Out In Art. 6 Point 1) Of The Act Of 19 July 2019 On Ensuring Availability To Persons With Special Needs (I.E. Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1411, As Amended). 2. In The Abovementioned The Tender Documentation Could Have Been Indicated By Materials And Technologies By Indicating Trademarks, Patents Or Origin, Source Or Special Process That Characterizes The Products Or Services Provided By A Specific Contractor.
