Krasickiego 25 In Dzierżoniów, As Part Of The Investment Task Entitled: Thermomodernization Of The Building At 25 Krasickiego Street, Implemented As Part Of The Partner Project Entitled: Improving The Energy Efficiency Of Public Buildings In The Dzierżoniów Agglomeration Funded From The European Funds Program For Lower Silesia 2021-2027 (Feds), Energy Efficiency In The Program Public Buildings, Type 2.1A - Comprehensive Energy Modernization Of Public Buildings. 1.2. The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Applies To The Performance Of The Task Referred To In Point 1.1 Of Construction Works Based On The Project Documentation Held By The Employer For Which The Certificate Of The Staroste Of Dzierżoniów Was Issued About The Lack Of Grounds To Raise Objections Ba.6743.1.243.2024 Of 13.11 2024 And Issued Decision No. 129/2025 Of 28.01.2025 Lower Silesia Provincial Conservator Of Monuments. The Documentation In Particular Includes: 1) Replacement Of Window Joinery And Internal Window Sills And Repair Of Walls, Plasters, External Window Sills And Supplementing Wall Painting After Replacement Of Joinery; 2) Replacement Of Door Joinery And Repair Of Walls, Plasters And Supplementation Of Painting After Replacing The Joinery; 3) Renovation Of The Entrance Door From The Street; 4) Insulation Of External Ceilings Together With The Modernization Of Terraces; 5) Roof Insulation Along With The Replacement Of Roofing, Flashings, Lightning Installation And Repair Of Chimneys; 6) Replacement Of Roof Truss Structural Elements; 7) Insulation Of Knee Walls; 8) Insulation Of Internal Walls; 9) Modernization Of Central Heating; 10) Modernization Of The Installation; 10) Domestic Hot Water And Circulation; 11) Modernization Of Lighting Installations, Including Installation Of Plug Sockets; 12) Modernization Of External Stairs; 13) Modernization Of External Window Grilles. 1.3. In Addition, The Contractor As Part Of The Task Referred To In Point 1.1. Is Obliged To Perform: 1) Before The Start Of Construction Works Of The Opinions/Expertise Of The Ornithologist And Chiropterologist In Terms Of The Occurrence Of Nesting Places And Shelter Of Animals (Birds And Bats); In The Event Of The Work Nests, The Robot Should Be Carried Out Within The Time Limit Set By Specialists And In Accordance With Their Guidelines; 2) Energy Characteristics Certificates (After Completion Of Construction Works); 3) According To The Template Before The Start Of Construction Works Of The Information And Promotional Board With The Dimensions Of 240 Cm X 120 Cm And Its Assembly In The Place Indicated By The Contracting Authority.
