The Subject Of This Order Is: Construction And Expansion Of The Street Lighting Cable Line In The Lubaczów Commune, Divided Into Two Parts: 1) Part 1 - Construction Of Street Lighting In Krowica Lasowa2) Part 2 - Expansion Of The Cable Line Of The Street Lighting Of The Municipal Road No. 105125 Dąbrowa - Szkutki And Section Of Poviat Road No. 1679 In Dąbrowa.1) Part 1 Street Lighting In The Town Of Krowica Lasowaw Part Of Part 1, The Contracting Authority Provides For The Application Of The Right Of The Option Referred To In Art. 441 Of The Public Procurement Law In The Basic (Guaranteed) Order, The Works Are Planned In The Following Scope: • Construction Of Street Lighting In Krowica Lasowa - Poviat Roads With Registration Number 159 And 162 Obires Lasowa Krowica (A Total Of 7 Lighting Luminaires); As Part Of The Order In The Optional Scope, Works Are Planned In The Following Scope: • Construction Of Street Lighting In Krowica Lasowa - Road - Road - Road Commune With Registration Number 286 And 293 Lasowa Krowica Precinct (2 Lighting Fixtures In Total). The Company Of Construction Works Planned To Be Carried Out As Part Of The Investment Is Set Out In Annex 8 To Swz - A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract (Basic Scope And Optional Scope). The Condition For The Employer To Use The Right Option Will Be To Have Financial Resources For The Order Covered By The Options Resulting, Among Others From Obtaining Savings In The Tender Procedure And From Obtaining Additional Financial Resources. The Condition Of The Contracting Authority Of The Right Options Is To Submit A Written Declaration Of Will To Exercise The Right Of Options. If The Contracting Authority Fails To Take Advantage Of The Right Of Options, The Contractor Does Not Have Any Claims On This Account. In Connection With The Above, Exercising The Right Of Options, I.E. Submitting The Statement Referred To Above, Will Take Place No Later Than 7 Days From The Date Of Signing The Contract. After This Date, The Employer Will Not Be Able To Exercise The Right Of The Option, Unless The Contract Processing Date Is Extended Based On The Conditions Arising From The Provisions Of Annex 7 To Swz - The Proposed Contractual Provisions. In This Case, The Deadline For Submitting A Statement On Exercising The Right Of The Option Will Be Extended By The Period Resulting From The Extension Of The Contract Processing Date. 1679 In Dąbrowa. All The Requirements Contained In Swz Are The Same For Each Of The Two Parts Of The Order; They Should Be Treated Separately In Relation To Individual Tasks With Exceptions Described Directly In Swz.12.2. Other Terms Regarding The Performance Of The Contract Were Specified In The Planned Provisions Of The Contract - Annex 7A And 7B To Swz.
