Dąbrowski In Żabno Consisting In The Construction Of A Left -Hand Pavement 2) The Subject Of The Contract Covers: A) Road Industry With Dehydration, Which Includes The Following Works: • Preparatory Works • Demolition Works • Earthworks • Backfill • Road Construction • Roads Sanitary (Gas Network) 3) In Addition, A Detailed Description And Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Are Determined By:  Bill Of Quantities (Performing An Auxiliary Function But Being Part Of The Project Documentation) - Annex 4 To Swz  Design Documentation - Annex 5 To Swz,  Stwiorb - Annex No. 6 To Swz,  Designed Contract Provisions - Annex No. 7 To Swz4) In The Designed Provisions) The Contractuals Were Adopted The Principle Of Flat -Rate Remuneration, So The Bill Of Quantities That Are Part Of The Order Documentation Is Also Aimed At Enabling The Valuation Of Individual Elements Of Works.5) The Contracting Authority Expects The Contractor To Provide The Price For The Implementation Of The Contract, As A Flat -Rate Price, Which Includes The Performance Of All The Elements Of The Order Being The Subject Of The Drawing And Text Of The Contract Documents, Including Vat Applicable On The Day Of Submitting The Offer. 6) The Contracting Authority Requests Before Signing The Contract With The Selected Contractor, The Presentation Of A Simplified Offer, Drawn Up On The Basis Of Project Documentation, Bill Of Quantities, Stwiorb And A Possible Local Vision, Carried Out By The Contractor. The Investment Implementation Log Or Construction Log (If Necessary) In Cooperation With The Road Industry Supervision Inspector, Designated By The Provincial Road Administration In Krakow And The Sanitary Industry Supervision Inspector Designated By The Contracting Authority (If Appointed) B) The Marking And Securing The Workplace In Accordance With The Approved Project Of Temporary Traffic Organization, And To Ensure That The Organization Was Permanent And To Ensure That Traffic Covered The Actually Occupied Work Zone. After Completing The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Liquidate The Marking And Introduce A Permanent Traffic Organization.
