Due To The Fact That The Task Is Carried Out In The Design And Build Mode, The Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Implementation Of Technical Documentation For The Investment In Question. 1.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Included In Annex 1 To Swz, I.E. A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And A Functional And Use Program Prepared For The Implementation Of The Task. 1.3. The Contracting Authority Reserves The Right To Annul The Proceedings If Public Funds Allocated To The Contract Are Not Granted To Him.
