1. The Subject Of The Order Is: Purchase And Delivery Of Equipment For Cosmetology. Retrofitting Rooms For 6P. Building At 68 Katowicka Street In Opole For The Needs Of The Faculty Of Health Sciences Of The Opole University, Part 1 - Purchase And Delivery Of An Electrotherapy Apparatus - 4 Pcs. 2. Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Annex 1.1 To Swz.3. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Delivered To The Employer At The Risk Of The Contractor And As Part Of The Remuneration (Specified In The Offer) Of The Contractor. 4. As Part Of The Proper Performance Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide And Bring A Complete And Assembled (Installation On Site) Of The Subject Of The Contract (With The Parameters Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract) To The Room Indicated By The Employer, Within The Time Limit Specified In The Ipkt Chapter. 4 Swz. If For The Provided Subject Of The Contract It Is Required To Provide Additional Materials, Elements And Equipment, The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure Them As Part Of The Remuneration Specified In The Offer. 5. The Contractor Must Offer The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract In Accordance With The Requirements Of The Ordering Party Specified In Swz And Attachments And Cover The Entire Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract. 6. The Subject Of The Contract Must Correspond To The Relevant Standards And Have The Required Approval For Trading And Certificates (Including In Terms Of Security, Correspond To Ce Standards). The Contractor Is Obliged To Provide A Brand New Subject Of The Contract (In Particular Unrefined, Unrefabricated, Unpopular, Earlier) Originating From Current Production And A Legal Distribution Channel, Efficient, Complete (In Particular With All Components, Parts, Materials) And In Accordance With The Opz - Respectively To Part. 7. In Cases Where Trademarks, Patents, Origin, Source Or Special Process, Characterizing Specific Products Or Services, Means That The Contracting Authority May Not Describe The Subject Of The Contract In Sufficiently Precise And Understandable And Understandable Way And Is Justified By The Specificity Of The Subject Of The Contract.
