    Work Detail

    The Subject Of The Contract Is The Sale And Delivery Of A Language Laboratory, Furniture, Gardening Equipment And Catering Equipment To The Secondary School Complex And The Energy And Service School Complex In Łaziska Górne Provided For As Part Of The Project Entitled For The Years 2021–2027, Priority Fesl.10.00 - European Funds For Transformation, Action: Fesl.10.23 - Vocational Education In The Process Of Fair Transformation Of The Region. The Subject Of The Contract Is Sales And Delivery: Task 1 Language Pracownia1.2. The Contractor Should Offer The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Contract, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Swz And Attached Documents And Statements. The Specification Of The Order Is Included In Annex 1 To The Specification Of The Terms Of The Contract (Offer Form), And The Detailed Characteristics Are Annex 1.1 (Price Form) And Annex 1.2 (Description Of The Subject Of The Contract). 1.3. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For All The Supply, Including The Course And Timely Performance Of The Contract, For Quality, Compliance With Technical And Quality Conditions Specified For The Subject Of The Contract. 1.4. The Contractor Will Be Responsible For Meeting Other Requirements Set Out In The Contract Template And The Resulting Applicable Law. 1.5. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Delivered To The Following Schools: 1) Complex Of Energy And Service Schools In Łaziska Górne, Ul. Chopina 11B, Łaziska Górne 43-170. 2) Secondary School Complex In Ornontowice, Ul. Dworcowa 1, Ornontowice 43-178.
