1. The Subject Of This Order Is The Delivery Of A Welding Simulator For The Needs Of The Project Entitled: Establishment Of An Industry Skill Center At The Mechanical And Electrical School Complex In Żywiec In The Field Of Renewable Energy (Sunny). As Part Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver And Install Equipment In The Bcu Welding Laboratory At The Ordering Partys Headquarters, And Also Train For The Personnel Indicated By The Employer In The Field Of Service And Maintenance Of The Simulator, In A Dimension Not Less Than 10 Hours. 3. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In Annex 6 To Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, And The Requirements For The Implementation Of The Contract Annex 7 To Swz - Draft Contract. 4. Equivalence Clause: 1) The Ordering Party, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Art. 99 Para. 5 And Art. 101 Para. 4 Of The Act Allows Solutions Equivalent To Supplies, Works, Materials, Systems That Meet The Requirements Specified In The Contract Documents. The Employer Reserves That Wherever In The Content Of Annex 6 To Swz - A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Is A Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Were Indicated In The Description Of This Subject, Patents Or The Origin Of Devices Or Materials Should Be Treated Only As Proposals.
