    1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Supply Of Multimedia Equipment As Part Of The Project Entitled ,, Creating And Supporting The Functioning Of The Industry Skill Center (Bcu) - A National Reconstruction Plan And Increasing Immunity Component: Immunity And Competitiveness Of The Economy, Detailed Goal Of The A3 Component. Improving The Education System, Lifelong Learning Mechanisms In The Direction Of Better Adaptation To The Needs Of The Modern Economy, Increase Innovation, Increasing The Transfer Of New Technologies And Green Transformation, Reform A.3.1 Staff For A Modern Economy - Improving The Matching Of Skills And Qualifications To The Requirements Of The Labor Market In Connection With The Implementation Of New Technologies In The Economy And The Green And Digital Transformation. Modern Vocational Education, Higher Education And Lifelong Learning. 2. The Subject Of Delivery Must Be Brand New, Without Defects, Signs Of Use And Mechanical Damage, Wholesome, Meeting The Technical And Quantitative Requirements Described In Annex 1 To This Specification. All Delivered Goods Must Meet All Requirements Enabling Their Marketing Admission In The Territory Of The Republic Of Poland, Have Approved Certificates, And Quality Certificates Required By Law. The Technical Parameters Of Devices Indicated In Annex 1 To Swz Are Minimum Requirements - The Contractor May Offer Devices With Parameters Higher Than Indicated By The Ordering Party. 3. The Contractor Is Obliged To Ensure The Training Of The Employers Personnel In The Operation Of Devices Covered By The Subject Of The Contract. The Training Should Take Place Within A Date Previously Agreed With The Employer. Details Of The Training Were Included In The Content Of Annex 1 To Swz. 5. Place Of Order Processing - Deliveries: Małopolska Educational Units Team In Nowy Sącz, Ul. Jagiellońska 61, 33 - 300 Nowy Sącz, Nowy Sącz Poviat, Lesser Poland Voivodeship.
