1. The Subject Of The Contract Is: 1.1. Physical Protection Of Persons And Property, By A Licensed Contractor Based On The Provisions Of The Act Of 22 August 1997 On The Protection Of Persons And Property (I.E., Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 532) And The Provisions Of The Regulation Of The Minister Of Culture And National Heritage Of 2 September 2014 On Securing The Museums Collections Against Fire, Theft And Other Danger. Journal Of Laws 2014 Item As Part Of 24-Hour Physical Protection Of Persons And Property, As Well As Counteracting Threats, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide A Service Involving Physical Protection Against Theft, Destruction, Loss Of Health Or Other Threats Of The Building And Adjacent Areas (Including The Parking Lot) Of The Jewish Historical Institute In Warsaw (00-090) Located At Ul. Tłomackie 3/5, (Hereinafter For The Jews) And People And Things In It, With Particular Emphasis On The Protection Of Exhibits Presented At The Institute. The Order Also Includes The Service Of Exhibition Halls, Handling The Control Point Of Persons/Luggage And Keys. And Especially, To: 1.2.1. Maintenance Of Permanent Posts, 1.2.2. Constant Patrolling Of Zones Requiring Special Protection Inside The Object And Outside The Object, 1.2.3. Supervision Of Signals Transmitted By The Electronic Access Control System, Cct, Attack And Burglary System And Fire Protection System. 1.3. Interventions Using An Intervention Group In The Event Of Such A Need For Rented Office Space In Buildings At Pl. Bankowa 2 In Warsaw. 1.4. The Service Will Be Provided By Security Staff In The System: 1.4.1. Round The Clock - 24/7 A Week, In 24 And 12 Hours, Depending On The Possibilities Of The Contractor And Arrangements With The Employer, In Accordance With Applicable Law. The List Of Persons Carrying Out The Subject Of The Contract With An Indication Of Their Name And Surname And Qualifications Will Constitute An Attachment To The Contract. 1.4.2. Daily Change From 08: 00-20: 00-Two Security Staff, 1.4.3. Night Change From 20: 00-08: 00-One Security Guard. 1.4.4. The Total Predictable Amount Of Man -Hours During The Year: 1.4.4.1. Minimum Man -Hours During The Year: 163201.4.4.2. The Employer Reserves The Right To Exercise The Right Of Options (Article 441 Paragraph 1 Of The Popp) Regarding An Increase In The Minimum Amount Of Man -Hours Per Year By 200 Rb/H, Which Gives The Maximum Amount Of Man -Hours Per Year: 16520 For Support For Additional Events Organized By The Jewish Historical Institute. 1.5. After The Conclusion Of The Contract, The Employer Will Immediately Provide The Contractor With All Necessary Information, Whose Knowledge Is Necessary For The Proper Performance Of Duties, In Particular: 1.5.1. Information On The Location In Which Service Will Be Performed, 1.5.2. Familiarization With The Structure Of The Object, 1.5.3. Protection Plan, 1.5.4. Working Time Distribution. 1.6.
