Software Programming And Consultancy Services – It Delivery Iii. The Subject Of This Tendering Procedure Is To Negotiate A Framework Agreement Containing Contractual Conditions For The Fulfillment Of Individual Sub -Orders For The Provision Of Implementation Services For Customer Information Systems, Including Integration And Backend Parts. The Framework Agreement Will Be Concluded With A Maximum Of Eight (8) Participants. On The Basis Of A Framework Agreement, The Contracting Authority Will Always Order The Performance In Time And To The Extent According To Its Current Need. The Contracting Authority Is Not Obliged To Draw From The Framework Agreement. Implementation Services Will Be Provided: - In The Development And Implementation Of New Information Systems, Including The Corresponding Process Consulting, - In The Development Or Changes Of Existing Information Systems, - In The Implementation Of Information Systems To Higher Versions, - In The Development And Modifications Of New And Existing Integrations Within Information Systems As Well As External Systems Operated By The Customer, Respectively.
