Expression of Interest for Sponsor of Supply and Delivery of Official Match Ball for Tanzania Premier League. INTRODUCTION The Tanzania Football Federation (TFF), previously Football Association of Tanzania (FAT), is the governing body of football in Tanzania and oversees the Tanzania national football teams, Tanzania Premier league and Championship which are under the operation of Tanzania Premier League Board (TPLB), Tanzania Women Premier League. To meet this objective TFF continuously seeks to partner with competent and qualified Vendor for the supply and delivery of footballs (official Match Ball). DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS The Tanzania Football Federation (TFF) is seeking for Sponsor on Supply and Derivery of Balls (Official Match Ball) that comply to FIFA Standard Soccer Ball to the Tanzania Premier League Board (TPLB) to be used for the NBC Premier League for the season 2025/26 as well as Championships. Interested Vendor is required to submit its proposal to the Tanzania Premier League Board not later than the date specified in this advert. Delivery will be to TPLB, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS/ INFORMATION (IF ANY) NOTE This is not a tender. Vendor/ Sponsor(s) interested in participating in the planned solicitation process should submit its Proposal for this EOI through email: [email protected]; [email protected] before the closing date set forth above. Only the firms who provide the requested detaild will be considered for further discussins. No prices should be provided with this EOI, TPLB reserves, at its sole discretion, the right to select or reject, either in totality or partially, any or all proposals made in the context of this EOI. Any such decisions made will be final and no correspondence will be engaged in, other than for the purpose of informing the bidders of the outcome of the process. EOI INSTRUCTIONS Prerequisites for Eligibility In order to be eligible for TPLB, you must declare that: A. Your company as well as any parent, subsidiary of affiliate companies) is the maker or supplier of the reputable brand recognized and endorsed by FIFA and/ CAF. B. Your company (as well as any parent, subsidiary of affiliate companies) is not under formal investigation, nor have been sanctioned within the preceding three (3) years, by any Country for engaging or having engaged in proscribed practices, including but not limited to: corruption, fraud, coercion, collusion, obstruction, or any other unethical practice; C. Your company has not been declared bankruptcy, are not involved in bankruptcy or receivership proceedings, and there is no judgment or pending legal action against your company that could impair your companys operations in the foreseeable future; D. Your company does not employ, or anticipate employing, any person(s) who is below the age of majority. E. Your company undertakes not to engage in proscribed practices (including but not limited to: corruption, fraud, coercion, collusion, obstruction, or any other unethical practice), and to conduct business in a manner that averts any financial, operational, requtational or other undue risk to the TPLB. F. Please verify and ensure that your company is registered under its full legal name. G. Vendors must complete the registration process prior to the closing date of the EOI.
