The Subject Of The Convention Is To Assign An Independent Auditor Services To Control The Proper Execution Of The Actions And Projects Of The Ministry Of Education Of Religions And Sports, Which Have Been Included In The National Hellenic Recovery And Resilience Plan Of The Hellenic Recruitment Fund For Reconstruction And Revolution. The Audit Relates To The Certification Of The Achievement Of The Mountains Contained In The Table Of The A.3 Objective Section Of Annex I Herein. An Independent Auditor Means The Certified Auditor -Accountant Or Audit Company, As Defined In Article 2 Of Law 4449/2017 (A 7), Which Are Registered In The Public Register Of Article 14 Of Law 4449/2017, Who Performs His Duties In Accordance With: A) International Legislation, In Particular The Provisions Of Regulation (Eu) With No. 2021/241 Of The European Parliament And Of The Council Of 12 February 2021 To Establish The Recovery And Resilience Mechanism (L 57/17) And (C) The Management And Control System (Sbs) Of The Actions And Projects Of The Recruitment Fund And Resilience Fund And Any Subsequent Relevant Decision Of The Minister.
