    Repair And Maintenance Services - University Of Cologne - Operator Treaty_ Building315. An Operator Contract For Building 315, Luxemburger Str. 90, The University Of Cologne Is Advertised. The Aim Is To Take On The Entire Building Operation And The Processing Of Tasks On The Property. The Contract Is Designed For A Maximum Of 4 Years (2 Years Of Minimum Term + 2 More Years Optional). The Specified Order Volume Is Designed For The 4 Years, So The Annual Order Volume Is Around Eur 225,000 Net. The Start Of The Contract Is Scheduled For 01.01.2026. However, The Start-Up Or Handover Phase Should Begin From Mid-November, Around November 17Th. The Start-Up Phase Includes The Topics Of Instruction, Data Recording And Document Examination, Preparation For Regular Operation And The Transfer Of The Technical Systems. Regular Operation Includes The Topics Of Object Management, Service And Disruptive Management, Maintenance Management And The Maintenance Of The Outdoor Facilities (Roof Areas, Winter Service, Green Area Maintenance).
