The Planned Acquisition Is Subject To The Saas Service For The Locking System For The Existing Compartments. The Trays Are Located In 36 Compartment Groups, Two (2) In Turku On Mustionkatu And 34 In Tilkanmäki, Helsinki. Each Compartment Group Has Its Own Readers, Allowing The User To Access The Compartment With Their Own Personal Access Identifier. The Trays Have Been Introduced In The Mid-2010S. The Most Nowadays Compartment Is Managed By The Vecos Smart Access (V2.3.1.0) System, Implemented As A On-Premise Solution. The Compartment Groups Are Connected To A Server In The Offices Online, Which Has Integration With Thls Personal And Access Control Systems. The Management And Maintenance Of The System Has Been The Responsibility Of Thl. However, The Current Solution Is Being Abandoned, And In The Future, The Locker Lock Management System Is To Be Moved To A Cloud -Based Service Basis So That Only Use And Use Management Will Remain. The Terminals Of The Compartments Are Lbc2 Terminals. The Intention Is Not To Make Changes To The Physical Compartment, In Other Words, The Cloud Service To Be Purchased Must Be Compatible With The Current Terminals And Locking Of The Compartment. The Market Dialogue Does Not Bind The Contracting Entity To Implement The Procurement. In Addition, The Market Dialogue Does Not Bind A Supplier Interested In Procurement To A Possible Subsequent Tender To Participate. Suppliers Interested In Acquisition Will Be Announced By 11.9.2025 At 12:00 P.M. At The Same Time, Suppliers Are Asked To Answer The Questions Asked In The Request For Information.
