Services Will Be Provided Within The Following Areas: - Management Consulting; Strategic Counseling; Support For The Leadership Of The Contracting Authority In Creating A Strategic Agenda Of The Contracting Authority; Support In Managing Selected Teams And Projects; Support For Implementation Of The Strategic Agenda Of The Contracting Authority; Advice On Integrating Activities Of Individual Organizations In The Contracting Authoritys Resort; - Providing Benchmarks, Case Studies And Examples Of Best Practice; Analytical Support In Solving Specific Tasks; - Preparation Of Project Documentation, Its Update And Revision; - Business Analysis And Business Architecture Of Newly Prepared Or Modified Ais; - Consulting In The Field Of Redesign Of Individual Processes Implemented By The Contracting Authority And Their Optimization; - Support For The Creation Of The Development Strategy Of Individual Agenda Systems And Information Concept Of The Ministry Of Labor And Social Affairs; - Communication With Factual Departments Of The Contracting Authority Regarding Their Requirements For The Development Of It Systems And Transformation Into A Structured Form Of Business Assignment; - Support For Implementation Teams In The Implementation Of The Assignment; A - Support For The Test Team To Prepare Test Scenarios And Test Data.
