Education And Training Services - Training Heroes. Participants Are Beneficial Beneficiaries Under The Age Of 25 With Increased Need For Support For Integration Into The Labor Market. The Participants - Have Fulfilled The Full -Time School Obligation And Have At Least One Secondary School Leaving Certificate According To Class 9. - Usually Have No Initial Vocational Training. Participants With Escape Background Can Also Belong To The Target Group If Their Language Skills Are Sufficient (Language Level B 2) In Order To Be Able To Follow The Content Of The Project. The Measure Is Divided Into Different Phases. It Begins With The Recording Phase, After Which The Orientation Phase Is Followed By A Practical And Cultural Project, And Finally The Practical Phase. In All These Phases, A Mentor Accompanies Every Participant To Accompany The Integration Into The World Of Work. The Mentor System Is Essentially Based On Supporting And Promoting The Personal And Professional Development Of The Participants By Volunteers. Mentors Are People Who Are Successful In Professional Life And Can Therefore Take On A Role Model For The Participants. In Addition, The Participants Should Benefit From The Personal Professional And Life Experiences As Well As The Mentors Networks. These Act Both As A Confidant And As A Coach. As A Result Of The Properties Of The Mentors And Their Role In The Integration Process, The Formation Of A Special Relationship Between Youthful And Mentors Should Be Made Possible In Order To Effectively Flank The Integration Process. Since Digital Content In The World Of Work Is Becoming Increasingly Important, Hybrid Solutions Should Bring This Learning Content Closer To The Participants. In Addition, In Particular By Integrating The Young People Into Measures With Employers, The Professional Knowledge And Skills As Well As The Motivation Of The Participants Should Be Increased And An Introduction To The Training And Employment System Should Be Achieved. The Participants Should Recognize And Develop With Support And Taking Their Individual Resources Into Account. Due To The Three -Day Recording Phase (E.G. Non -Profit Project In A Daycare Center), Every Participant Provides Their Motivation To Take Part In The Project. After The Recording Phase, The Young Person And The Carrier Can Decide Which 20 Young People Continue To Take Part In The Measure. Therefore, This Measure Assumes That A Predominant Proportion Of Measures To Take Part In The Transition To Training Or Employment Succeeds. The Degree Of Performance Of This Target Expectation Is Determined With 50% Of The Participants Who Have Passed The Recording Phase Positively. Successful Integration Into Operational Training Or Employment Subject To Compulsory Insurance Is Due To A Subsequent Stabilization Of Employment By A Jobcoac
