General Public Services-Framework Contract For An Employee Survey By Means Of Copsoq Questionnaires As Part Of The Risk Assessment Of Psychological Stress In Accordance With Arbschg In The Business Area Of The Fm Bw. In Order To Obtain Meaningful Results As Possible, Copsoq Questionnaire Is To Be Used For The Employee Survey Of The Scientifically Tested And Valid And Valid. The Results Of The Copsoq Survey Are Only Optimally Interpreted And Usable If They Can Be Compared With The Values Of A Reference Database (In Relation To The German Average And Especially Other Public Service). For This Reason, The Provision, Implementation And Evaluation Of The Questionnaire And The Preparation Of The Results Should Be Taken Over By An External Service Provider, Which Has Such A Database. The Contractor Then Builds Up An Anonymized Database Of The Baden-Württemberg Financial Department. In Addition, The Contractor Processes Data From The Baden-Württemberg From The Previous Gb Psych And Uses Them For Comparison Purposes If Necessary. The Data Results From The Result And Overall Reports Available In The Finance Department For The Previous Copsoq Survey. All Aspects Of Surveying The Valid Service Agreement Of The Ministry Of Finance Must Correspond To This (See Appendix 1 Of The Tender Documents). This Applies In Particular To The Following Points: § 2; S. 1 Anonymity § 2; P. 2 Exclusion Of The Multi -Defect § 2; P. 4 Evaluations § 2; P. 5 Supervision Assessment The Aim Of The Survey Is To Identify Areas With High Mental Stress Factors In Order To Reduce The Risk Of Working -Working Mental Illnesses In The Long Term. A Maximum Of 91 Departments Should Be Interviewed In Up To 124 Surveys. These Up To 124 Surveys, Depending On The Size (Number Of Employees), Are Distributed To An Average Of 15 Annually, But A Maximum Of 20 Surveys. The Survey Period Amounts To Eight Years, Starting From January 1, 2026. By Submitting An Offer, The Bidders Accept That The Client Only Accepts An Approximate Order Volume, But Neither A Minimum Order Amount Can Be Specified Nor Specific Service Times. Details On The Object Of The Order Can Be Found In The Framework Contract (Appendix 2 Of The Tender Documents) Including The Service Description (Appendix 3 Of The Tender Documents).
