    It Services: Consulting, Software Development, Internet And Support- Continuing Service For Server, Storage And Security- Participation Service. The Acquisition Is Subject To A Continuation Service For Server, Storage And Backup Equipment In Accordance With This Request For Participation And The Terms Set Out In The Annexes. The Subject Of The Procurement Is Described In More Detail In The Annex Op Appendix 1 Description Of The Item. The Aim Of The Procurement Is To Obtain An Extension Service Service For Server, Storage And Securing Equipment With A Device Manufacturers Warranty Expired. The Service Under Procurement Must Cover The Entire Area Of ​​Mainland Finland. The Service Is, In Principle, Performed At The Subscribers Offices. The Agreement Is Valid For A Fixed Period Of Twenty -Four (24) Months Calculated From The Time Of The Signature Of The Contract. After That, The Agreement Will Continue To Be Valid For An Indefinite Period. The Subscriber Selects One (1) Supplier With Whom It Concludes The Contract. Only Istekki Will Be Used By The Contract And Only Istekki And The Elected Supplier Are The Parties To The Contract. For The Sake Of Clarity, It Is Stated That Isteks Owner-Customers Are Not The Contracting Parties, Parties To This Tendering Or The Contract On The Basis Of It, And Otherwise Do Not Join The Acquisition. The Anticipated Value Per (1) Contract Year Is Approximately Eur 110,000-130 000 (Vat 0 %) And The Estimated Value Of The Acquisition For 48 Months Is 440,000-520 00 (Vat 0 %). The Amount Of Procurement In The Procurement Documents Is Estimated And The Contract Does Not Constitute A Quantity Purchase Obligation For The Customer.
