The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Natural Gas For The Needs Of The Tarnobrzeg Industrial And Technology Park And Other Utility Buildings As Well As The Ordering Partys Administrative Facilities, I.E. To The Collection Points Described In Annex 6 Of Swz (Hereinafter Referred To As Ppg), Entitled: Natural Gas Supply Including Sales And Distribution Of Gas Fuel Based On A Comprehensive Contract, For The Needs Of The Tarnobrzeg Park, For The Needs Of The Tarnobrzeg Park Industrial And Technology, Commercial Buildings, Commercial Premises, Schools And Administrative Facilities Of The Ordering Party In The Stock Market (Tranche). 2. Forecast Gas Amount 5 709 554 Kwh. The Provided Data Is Approximate. The Demand Of Gas Fuel Specified In The Previous Sentence I Am An Appraisal Demand. The Employer Reserves That The Minimum Amount Of Estimated Gas Consumption At The Collection Points Listed In Annex 6 Of Swz Will Not Be Less Than 60%, With The Proviso That, Due To Reasons Beyond The Control Of The Contracting Authority, And Affecting The Failure To Use Minimal Estimated Appraisal, This Quantity May Be Lower, And The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Additional Claims Of This Title.
