Tenders Are Invited For Construction Of Damaged Portion Of Boundary Wall

Overseas Pakistanis Foundation (OPF) invites electronic and sealed bids from firms who are well reputed, registered with Pakistan Engineering Council having valid Registration Certificate for the year 2025-26 in category C-6 or above who can prove eligibility and qualification and having experience of execution of similar nature of works as mentioned in the bidding documents for the following project:1. CONSTRUCTION OF DAMAGED PORTION OF BOUNDARY WALL AT OPF PUBLIC SCHOOL SHEIKHUPURA2. Bidding will be carried out by adopting Single Stage One Envelope procedure.3. Electronic Bidding Documents containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions is available for the registered bidders on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk and shall be purchased from the office of Deputy Director (Works), 3rd Floor, OPF Head Office, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad upon submission of application on printed pad along with professional Tax certificate, renewal PEC license, attested copy of NTN certificate, attested copy of CNIC, Registration proof with PPRA on E-PADs and demand draft / pay order/ cash amounting to Rs.10,000/- (non-refundable) being cost of bidding documents in favor of Overseas Pakistanis Foundation Islamabad during working hours. No application will be entertained for issuing of bidding documents on the date of opening of bids.4.Only firms/ contractors registered with PPRA on EPADS as vendors are eligible to purchase bidding documents.5.Bid must be accompanied with a bid security/earnest money (refundable) amounting to 3% of the bid price in shape of call deposit/ Pay order in favor of Overseas Pakistanis Foundation Islamabad valid for 120 days from date of submission of bids. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS in PDF format and original will be submitted to the office of Deputy Director (Works), 3rd Floor, OPF Head Office, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad one day before submission of bids.6.The prospective bidders are required to submit their bids online through E-PADS at (http://eprocure.gov.pk) on or before 11/09/2025 upto12:00 hrs. Only manual bids will not be entertained. Electronic bids will be opened on the same day at 1230 Hrs through EPADS in presence of procurement committee & bidders authorized representatives who choose to attend the opening session in the office of Deputy Director (Works) 3rd Floor, OPF Head Office, Sector G-5/2, Islamabad.7.No tender will be issued without showing all documents in ORIGINAL.8.Notification of GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of PPRA Rules 2004 is provided on EPADs at www.eprocure.gov.pk9.OPF reserves the right to reject any or all the bids / proposals at any time prior to the acceptance of a bid or proposal on the basis of valid reasons as per PPRA Rules.10.
