The Subject Of The Order Are Services Consisting In The Collection And Management Of Municipal Waste From Real Estate Residing From The City Of Gliwice In The Period 01.01.2026 To 31/12/2026. The Collection Of Municipal Waste Under The Contract Will Take Place In The City Of Gliwice Only From The Area Of ​​Real Estate Where Residents Live And Will Apply To Every Amount Of The Following Types Of Municipal Waste: After Segregation (Mixed), -Artificial Products, Metal, Multi -Material Packaging, -Compact, -Off, -Clothing And Textiles, -Bio -Daddies, -Large -Scale. It Will Also Be The Contractors Obligation To Equip Real Estate Residing With Containers And Bags For Collecting Municipal Waste, Their Rinsing And Disinfection, As Well As Developing Waste Collection Schedules As Well As Rinsing And Disinfecting Containers. The Contractor Will Ensure The Collection Of Municipal Waste Collected By Residential Property Owners, In Accordance With The Resolutions Of The Gliwice City Council And Manages The Collected Waste In Accordance With The Act Of 14 December 2012 On Waste, The Act Of 13 September 1996 On Maintaining Cleanliness And Order In Municipalities As Well As The Requirements Of Environmental Protection. The Contracting Authority Provides For The Possibility Of Increasing The Number Of Inhabited Properties Covered By The Subject Of The Contract, But Not More Than 10% Of Their Number. The Expected Changes Result From Residential Residence In Newly Created Real Estate. Any Changes Will Be Made Within The Scope Of The Order. A Change In The Number Of Inhabited Real Estate Covered By The Contract Will Not Change The Provisions Of The Contract.
